Greensomes GolfCaptains split their teams into 4 pairs & decide which tee off time each pair takes. Neither team will know which pair the other team has chosen until Saturday morning. Both players from each pair tees off on every hole. They must then decide which is the best, or preferred, shot of the two. Once they make their choice they pick up the unwanted ball & take alternate shots until the ball is in the hole.
Continuous CricketThe batsman must run if the ball is hit. Only the bowler can bowl the batsman out. Fielders must return the ball to the bowler. Other than the very first ball the bowler can bowl whether the batsman is in the crease or not. Batsman can be caught out.
Cycle RelayEach rider must complete 1 lap of the 650 metres course. Riders must mount and dismount in the change zone.
Fitness TestsMedicine ball squats. The medicine ball starts on the ground in front of you. You must lift the ball above your head and straighten your arms then place the ball back on the ground. Without removing your hands from the ball you must do a squat thrust. Your feet must cross and return from the marked line. This is counted as 1 rep. Repeat as many times as many times as possible in 1 minute.
Basketball5-a-side with rolling subs. Two 10 minute halves with a 5 minute break. The clock will not stop.
Football6-a-side with rolling suns. Two 20 minute halves with a 5 minute break. Keeper not allowed outside area. Outfield players not allowed in. Ball can be played above head height.
PoolCaptains pick their best 4 players. Mini league. Everyone plays everyone once.
Drinking Boat RaceTeams line up with a pint each on the table in front of them. Second person cannot start drinking until the first persons empty glass is back on the table. And so on until all team members have an empty glass on the table.
Darts CricketBatsmen need to score over 20 to score runs for the team. No score, or a bullseye, results in a lost wicket. Bowlers get wickets by hitting bullseye. 1 wicket for outer bull, 2 for bull. Scoring darts outside the treble circle give runs to the batting team.
